This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which ESIMSS (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers refunds for digital eSIM products purchased on https://esimss.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing an eSIM from ESIMSS, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Nature of the Product

All products sold on ESIMSS are digital eSIM products delivered electronically.

Due to the digital and consumable nature of eSIM services, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

2.1 Eligible Cases

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The eSIM has not been installed or activated

  • The eSIM has not connected to any mobile network

  • No data usage has occurred

  • The request is submitted within a reasonable time after purchase

  • A technical issue on our side prevents proper service delivery

Each request is reviewed case by case.


2.2 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The eSIM has been installed or activated

  • Any amount of data has been used

  • The eSIM was purchased for an incompatible or locked device

  • The issue is caused by incorrect installation or device settings

  • The user changes their mind after activation

  • Poor coverage due to local network conditions (outside our control)


3. EU Consumer Rights (Digital Content)

In accordance with EU consumer law, digital content supplied immediately after purchase may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, provided that:

  • You have given prior consent to immediate delivery, and

  • You acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal after activation.

By purchasing and downloading an eSIM, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content.


4. Refund Request Process

  • Order number

  • Email used for purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Device model and destination (if relevant)

Our support team may request additional information to evaluate the request.


5. Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

Transaction or currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our support team so we can assist you directly.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of access to services

  • Additional investigation by payment providers


7. Service Limitations

ESIMSS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Local network availability

  • Coverage limitations

  • Network congestion

  • Device configuration issues

Such factors do not automatically qualify for a refund.


8. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:

  • Repeated refund abuse

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misrepresentation of facts
